Finding Freelancers
April 12, 2008Freelance websites can be a great way to build your business without adding staff. Here are a few websites Rich Schefren recommends. Rich’s only caveat is that you need to make sure you are actively involved with the project, monitoring the work. He recommends that you outsource small projects first to develop a relationship and reward good work with compliments, additional work and financial incentives.
