I feel like I’m the last person in the world to see this video. This is just stunning. Scroll down to the next video to see the interview with Matt where he explains why he made this video
Scroll down to watch the interview with Matt. I have to say, this guy gets it! The whole reason I started Budnik Group and everything that has grown out of it was to give people the freedom to pursue their passions. Basically, my goal is to strip away all of the things that make work dull to give people the freedom to pursue their passion. This not only makes them better people, but it also makes them better in business.
Management consultants call this finding one’s core competency and get paid a lot of money to figure that out for corporations. In reality it’s just your passion. What is your company passionate about? If your company doesn’t have passion, it’s dying and your employees are dying spiritually. You should have seen how passionate Sam Walton used to be about Walmart. He made that whole company come alive because of his love and passion. Now we’re left with a dry, dying company run by bureaucrats squeezing the life out of America.
If you need help putting passion back in your company or career, email me immediately: john@budnikgroup.com. I will help you in any way that I can. One of the quickest ways to get that passion back is to talk to customers and find out why they love your product or service. If you need the tools to develop those relationships online, we have them at www.BudnikGroup.com. However, even if you don’t need internet marketing, I want to help and I am willing to do whatever it takes to get you back on the right track, even if it doesn’t net me a dime. Why? Because it’s what I’m passionate about.
